Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully! All bookings with Castle Travel are subject to Terms & Conditions. All clients should read ,understand and accept the booking conditions.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

Castle Travel is responsible for quality of all services and making all travel arrangements which was specified in the services and itineraries. We accept the liability for any sustained loss or damage as a result of our negligence of our employees or agents.In case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond the control of the company, than Castle Travel is responsible in providing equally comfortable and interesting alternatives. Any difference resulting from customer’s choice of the alternatives, shall be payable by the customer during their stay.CastleTravel and its suppliers does not  accept responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, war, civil disturbance, fire, flood,  government restrains, delay, weather conditions, defect or accident in any vehicle of transportation and any other causes which is not under the control of our company. Castle Travel accepts no liability if additional costs to the client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the Product(s) beyond the control of Castle Travel by force majeure.CastleTravel reserves the right to cancel, change any service because of insufficient number of participants. (it may happen mostly in off-season,only for daily tours and shore excursions)Before departure, the health or conduct of a client appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable and happy progress of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or some part of the tour without any notice.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Clients agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel.Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own insurance.If the clients have considerable illness, they must notice that at the time of booking. In case of such a situations, the clients are liable to make neccessary arrangements for providing of any medication and take measures against any other treatments may be occured during the tour.

PASSPORT / VISAS

It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, to check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are required. As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, it is recommended that verification prior to travel.You will be responsible for all entry, exit, health and any documents required by law. You should carry a valid passport all times. Visas and passports are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss due to your failure.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

As soos as we receive your payment , we will begin making your reservations, once they have been secured, we will contact you again with the confirmation of your services. You will find our local agencies contact details in your confirmed program. You will receive the other documents (tickets,vouchers,transfer details) upon your arrival in destination.If any proposed accommodation are not available at the time of your booking, we will search the similar alternatives for you. A price difference may incur (sometimes more, sometimes less) and the balance of the payment will be adjusted accordingly. Availability of the hotels can be checked prior to booking upon request; however no space can be held or guaranteed.All informations regarding the travelers should be correctly given at the time of booking in order to  receive the confirmation or voucher of the product booked. We are not responsible for any problem that may happen if the customer doesn’t read carefully the confirmation.Group Reservations: Special Terms and Conditions will be issued at the time of booking based on different services to be rendered. However full balances are required 3 months prior to commencement of services.

PAYMENT

For booking all daily tours/shore excursions, full payment is required.For booking all package programs, customized programs and individual hotel reservations, we kindly require %40 deposit of the total payment. Rest of the payment will be required 50 days prior to your departure. In group reservations, special terms will be issued at the time of booking.You can make your payment by our secure payment website, bank transfer or mail order system.We do accept Visa card, Master card or American Express card. Payment will be listed as “KULTUREL TURIZM” on the credit card statement.Visa and MasterCard payments for all bookings will be charged in USD or EURO. American Express card payments for all bookings will be charged in Turkish Lira at the EURO  exchange rate posted by Central Turkish Bank on the date of the transaction and you will see this on your bank statement. If your card supplier has different exchange rates or charges commission for foreign currencies or foreign charges, this may reflect on your card statement. Castle Travel can not be held responsible for these charges. We do not charge commission for credit card transactions.

CHANGES IN YOUR BOOKINGS

You can make any change in your program during the confirmation by contacting with your tour specialist who assist you. Sometimes, these changes may occur price differences.If your arrival date is soon, any changes in hotel reservations may occur %100 cancellation fee. Although, once your flight tickets confirmed and purchased, any changes to the dates will incur a change fee any cancellation will incur %100 cancellation fee.

REFUNDS

a) Prior to DeparturePlease refer to the cancellation fees listed  below.b) After DepartureOnce a service has commenced, no refund for any services, tour or accommodation. No refund for partially used services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our company will charge the cancellation fees as shown below;Some products sold are non-refundable or have special cancellation fees.For daily tours ;7 days or less prior to your departure, %100 cancellation fee8-15 days prior to your departure, %60 cancellation fee16-30 days prior to your departure, %20 cancellation fee30 +  days  prior to your departure,  no cancellation fee

For All Package Programs & Customized programs & Hotel reservations ;

15 days or less prior to your arrival, %100 of total cost

16 – 30 days prior to your arrival, 80% of total cost

31 – 45 days prior to your arrival, 70% of total cost

46 – 50 days prior to your arrival, 50% of total cost

51 + days  prior to your arrival,  no cancellation fee

**Except taxes and bank fees.

**Flight tickets are not included in this cancellation policy. Once your program is confirmed and flight tickets are purchased, any changes will incur a change fee. In case of cancellation, 100% cancellation fee for the flight tickets will be incurred regardless of our cancellation policy.

NOT INCLUDED

Any applicable foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration charges, international transportation tax. Tips/gratuities to the drivers or local guides, visas, travel insurance,  personal expenses and beverages and food not listed under inclusions (these items are billed to you before leaving the hotel/restaurant).
